Home Modifications
Through simple construction and modifications, such as installing shower grab bars and removing tripping hazards, Home Assessment and Modification allows aging, eligible adults to remain safe, secure, and comfortable in their own homes.
Services
- Assessment of home environment by licensed occupational therapist
- Recommendations for low and no-cost home adaptations to increase safety and independence
- Small grants available for home modifications

Languages Available
We have dedicated bilingual staff that can assist with the language needs of many individuals. We also have access to intrepreting services. Please call for more information.

Services may be available at no cost or through cost sharing; call for more information. The Home Assessment and Modification program is funded by various grants each year.
