Fiscal Agent Services
JEVS Fiscal Agent Services provides administrative support that assists consumers in managing and directing their own personal care. These services empower and train individuals in their role as employers by providing the ongoing assistance and prompt customer support needed to manage their personal care plan.
Services
- Payroll processing for checks, direct deposit and Total Pay Card
- Payroll tax reporting and payment
- Processing year end employer filing requirements
- Applying for workers' compensation
- Managing unemployment claims
- Reference and background checks
- Training and orientation for consumers and personal care assistants
- Assistance with recruiting, hiring, firing, and training consumers' in-home workforce
- Maintaining consumer's and their employee's records in accordance with local, state and federal requirements
- Tracking and reporting individual consumer budget activity
Eligibility
- Must be an authorized, service eligible resident of the funding county

Languages Available
We have dedicated bilingual staff that can assist with the language needs of many individuals. We also have access to translation services. Please call for more information.
