Financial Management Services
JEVS Financial Management Services provides administrative support that empowers and trains individuals in their role as employers by providing the ongoing assistance and customer support needed to manage their personal care plan.
Our distinct services include: competitive pay for personal assistants, a state of the art time and attendance system, translation services, human resources support & training, an experienced call center to assist consumers and assistants, and ongoing outreach to the communities we serve. Our pledge is to provide outstanding customer service and support to individuals who desire to live in their own home and maintain their independence.
Services
- Payroll support and processing
- Assistance with guidance in calculation of state unemployment taxes, state training fund taxes, and federal employment taxes
- Assistance and guidance in maintenance of payroll records
- Assistance and guidance in completion of worker's compensation audits and payments
- Monitoring support, assistance, and guidance in development of service plan and job descriptions (includes basic, ancillary, and companion type services)
- Light housekeeping, laundry, food shopping
- Training and orientation for consumers and personal care assistants
- Assistance with recruiting, hiring, firing, and training consumers' in-home workforce
- Maintaining employee records in accordance with local, state and federal requirements
- Tracking and reporting individual consumer budget activity
Eligibility
- Must be an authorized, service eligible resident of the funding county
- Services are available in counties throughout Ohio.
